These terms govern your use of CRE Assets, operated by Cren Capital LLC, including our websites and the email and text-message programs you can join. By using them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
SMS program terms
Program name. CRE Assets Updates.
Program. Cren Capital LLC (CRE Assets) sends text messages to people who opt in on one of our sign-up forms: product updates for our fund-management software, demo and meeting reminders, webinar and event invitations, and replies to your inquiries.
Opting in. You join by entering your mobile number on a sign-up form and ticking the consent box. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to rejoin.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact cprovider@creassets.com or (305) 376-1808.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy; it is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Disclaimers and liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Cren Capital LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.
